How did we
do it?

Our main aim was to improve LilaConnect’s online presence using a multichannel approach. We started by conducting a host of marketing audits and developing data driven strategies that would help us see the most success. These included: SEO audit & competitor analysis, Paid advertising audit & competitor analysis, and Supplementary content audit & strategy.

After completing our audits, we began implementing our strategies through monthly holistic digital marketing.

Holistic digital marketing is a flexible multichannel approach to marketing that provides clients with access to all available digital marketing services. This approach allows us to develop and evolve a strategy based on changing requirements and goals. For example, if the business emphasis changed from lead generation to thought leadership, we would look to decrease advertising time and increase time spent on content writing, digital PR and organic social media.

As a breakout internet provider in the UK with specific target locations, our goal was to generate sales and improve brand awareness locally to establish LilaConnect as a brand leader. We utilised paid advertising (social ads on Meta and PPC, display and search, on Google) to generate sales and bring a return on investment. We combined this with organic social media posting on Meta and Twitter to further build brand awareness and audience growth. We were limited on the SEO improvements we could make due to website restrictions so we wrote optimised blogs and created off-site strategies which contributed to the SEO performance of the site.

We were given a list of end of year KPIs that we were required to meet which allowed us to actively monitor the success of our campaigns and make changes to strategy when needed. This dynamic approach allowed us to keep up with changing technology and social metrics and meant that we ended 2023 meeting or exceeding all high level KPIs and have continued our work in 2024 with the goal of improving overall brand equity within the market.
