    Second time’s a charm?

    Hello and welcome to our new website!

    It’s been a labour of love over the past couple of months, with lots going on behind the scenes to finally get to this point.

    When we first launched our website, which feels like a lifetime ago but was only last year, our main priority was getting something out there into the ether, and as the not so famous saying goes, aim for iteration, not perfection. Of course, what we did was pretty much perfect, and served its original purpose, but the time soon came to put our thinking caps back on our slightly overwhelmed and dishevelled heads and dive straight back in (you’ll know the feeling if you’ve ever tried to juggle client work alongside an internal project… there’s never enough hours in the day).

    Lessons Learned

    This time around we had the advantage of having some live data to work from, which really is the benefit of iteration – it provides real-time proof of your successes and failures so you can move, amend, change, scrap and create something more successful for your next iteration. For example, we could have spent another year developing our website without realising that including a full width video before you enter our site would just get in the way for a lot of our users and cause confusion. So we scrapped it, lesson learnt. It works for other people, it just didn’t work for us, and that’s the joy of collecting your own data, it’s tailored specifically to you and your audience.

    The first site we launched didn’t utilise a CMS as back then we built for speed, so this time around we’ve used WordPress as the backbone for our site. We’ve got lots of plans for this website over the coming months and as we begin to execute our strategy, we now have a site that can fully support our growth.

    Brand Changes

    You may have noticed that our brand has changed slightly as well. We’ve injected some, not so subtle, acid into our brand colours to elevate their appearance and develop our brand into something much bolder, brighter and more impactful than before. We want to stand tall with the brand we’re building and our new colour palette feels like a loud and proud representation of this.

    Over the coming months you’ll see our website continue to expand and change as we execute our brand strategy for 2025.
